Intercontinental and multi-dimensional music and performance art born of the blockchain.

Thirty-five plus years in-the-making. Who knew it would come down to this?

Meet Mws ("Moose" for all you non-Welsh-types), an exceptional duo from Oswestry, UK. A guitar/clarinet combo. An eclectic mix of rhythm and blues fueled boogie. Male and female vocals that let the grooves flow. Songs of familiarity, whilst some songs spin a woven tale of originality and intrigue! Also the brains and brawn behind the tremendous Shifty Chicken Shed, a frayed funk, ragged rock, booze-stained blues and vintage vaudeville performance group.

Enter Cedar Branches, a unique and quirky poet, songwriter and electronic music artist living as a nomad in the US. Cedar has rapidly become a prolific and accomplished independent artist, publishing numerous books, spoken word and music albums, and even producing his own stage musical.

Introducing Marc Turkel, hailing from Seattle, Wa, USA. Marc’s refined musical taste and superb talent on the electric guitar brings deep blue sounds and experimental rock essences into our fold, further exemplifying the genre-defying style of Cedar Mws.

An unlikely gathering that could only occur in a modern world of high-technology.

Connecting through blockchain technologies like minds.com and choon.co, it was an instant match-made-in-heaven... a clear destiny. Collaborating on two breakthrough songs (“Short Ride” & “Another Day From Vegas”) and a music video, it became clear that not even  an ocean of distance could keep these artists from producing work of unprecedented brilliance and originality.

The nearly invisible path ahead was clear enough. Cedar Mws was born.

Cedar Mws released their first breakthrough EP "Short Ride" on November 5th, 2018, and is currently hard at work on creating a second album and launching their upcoming "Forever Tour" in the UK and US.
